1959, 1969, And 1984… Celebrate Good Times!

What do these years have in common? Probably about as much as the millions of people who are gearing up for the concert of a lifetime that will take place on October 29th and 30th of this year. Motown was founded in 1959, Woodstock flower-powered into history during 1969, and the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame was formed in 1984. All of these spectacular advances for the music world will be celebrated at Madison Square Garden during the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Concert.

Private ticket sales having ended, the public can now get their hands on a piece of this incredible, historically significant event. This isn’t your average concert, by any means, and these acts aren’t heading out on tour. Hotel reservations, plane tickets, and all of the other nickel and dime expenses that come with the trip of a lifetime need to be addressed, and the sooner the better.

Though the full performance list has not been revealed, and we always expect a surprise or two at the very least, the artists reported to be performing include some of the influential and well-known entertainers that the world has ever known. More than reference will assuredly be made in honor of the late Michael Jackson, especially given that a few of his closest and dearest friends will take the stage.

We’re talking Metallica, U2, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Eric Clapton, Paul Simon, Aretha Franklin, Simon and Garfunkel, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Friends, and Stevie Wonder. The mega concert will continue to rock our worlds, change our lives, and play our soundtracks for 2 days.
