Anticipation Of The Fame Kills Tour Heating Up After Kanye’s VMA Indiscretion

After Kanye West’s glowing praise and appreciation for his concert tour partner, Lady GaGa, on talk show The View, most of the world embraced him as a man of character who could spot and appreciate talent no matter what genre it was housed in. With his recent outburst at the VMA’s, however, stealing Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech time for Best Female Artist of the Year and asserting that perhaps Beyonce Knowles had been shutout by the young country music artist unfairly, the temperature is rising and the publicity is mounting for this double-header, tentatively scheduled to launch in November.

Aside from this, Kanye West has become somewhat of a legendary concert tour engineer following the high-production, near perfect results of his 2008 Glow in the Dark Tour. And Lady GaGa doesn’t seem to require much of an introduction herself these days, having become one of the most watched, listened to, and respected new artists since her 2008 debut album The Fame was released. Its first two singles, Just Dance and Poker Face, were instant international number one hits. She has two tours under her belt leading up to the Fame Kills Tour, one as the opener for New Kids on the Block and the Pussycat Dolls, and the other as headliner for her Fame Ball Tour.

There are only 4 tour dates announced thus far for this tour, and they are as follows: November 18th at Arco Arena in Sacramento, California, December 12th at Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina, December 26th at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut, and January 24th at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Remaining dates and venues are scheduled for posting within the week.
